Auto Body Tech Supervisor

SUMMARY
Primary duties are to function as Bus Servicer by fueling, cleaning, and preforming overall preparation of all vehicles and keep the fleet in a clean and presentable condition at all times as well as other property and equipment of Midland-Odessa Urban Transit District at all respective locations using the frequency, schedule, and manner prescribed by the MOUTD Maintenance Plan and at the request of the Director of Maintenance. The Bus Servicer will perform all duties in accordance with other applicable company policies and procedures.
HOURS OF OPERATION
EZ-Rider’s Maintenance Department hours of operation are 5:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M. Monday through Friday and from 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Saturdays. Maintenance staff must be available to work shifts assigned during operational hours. Maintenance staff will be asked to participate in, and work hours outside the regular scheduled operating hours when MOUTD participates in and provides service for special events and projects. EZ-Rider’s Maintenance Department operation schedule may change at any time to accommodate passenger service needs resulting from system changes, unforeseen events, special or emergency situations, and/or inclement weather. Employees are expected to monitor local weather conditions and take the appropriate amount of time needed to arrive for their shift to be on time in inclement weather situations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Customer Service Guide, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each customer has a positive experience at our car wash. From greeting customers upon arrival, toprepping theirvehicles and assisting them with any questions or concerns, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for all customers.
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Customer Service Guides will work closely with our team to maintain a clean and organized facility, assist with equipment maintenance, and contribute to a positive work environment.

<li>Transferring and packaging of Oil and Lube products while using proper PPE (provided)</li>
<li>Delivery of Oil and Lube products while using Company provided forms</li>
<li>Clean and Maintain Company equipment, vehicles</li>
<li>Accurately complete invoices, and other paperwork as required</li>
<li>Courteously work with managers, dispatchers, fellow employees, and customers</li>

Minimum Requirements:
