MISSION
To address the tire needs of customers in a safe, approved manner using the proper tools and proper techniques.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
<ul>
<li>Identify and inflate tires correctly for the size and ply</li>
<li>Place wheels on balancing machines to determine counterweights required to balance wheels</li>
<li>Dismount wheels from vehicles using lug wrenches and other hand and power tools</li>
<li>Mount wheels onto vehicles</li>
<li>Reassemble tires onto wheels</li>
<li>Replace valve stems and remove puncturing objects</li>
<li>Locate and seal punctures </li>
<li>Perform lube, oil, filter, tire services on passenger and light truck vehicles, as needed</li>
<li>Maintain positive relationships with customers</li>
<li>Maintain tools and related tire accessories</li>
<li>Maintain a clean shop to reflect the proper corporate image to the public</li>
<li>Protect company assets</li>
<li>Embrace Purcell’s culture of safety and perform all jobs in a safe manner</li>
