Custom Truck Equipment or Bloomington, MN: is looking to fill a Parts Counter position.
Key aspects of a parts counter include:

<li>Customer Service: Parts counter personnel interact directly with customers, whether they are individuals seeking parts for personal vehicles or professionals requiring components for commercial purposes. Excellent customer service skills, including effective communication and problem-solving, are essential to assist customers in finding the right parts.</li>
<li>Parts Identification: Counter staff need to be knowledgeable about different types of parts, their specifications, and compatibility with various makes and models of vehicles or equipment. They often use parts catalogs, computer systems, and databases to identify and locate the correct parts.</li>
<li>Order Processing: When customers request specific parts that are not readily available in stock, parts counter personnel help place orders with suppliers or manufacturers. They track the order's progress and provide customers with updates on delivery times.</li>
<li>Inventory Management: Maintaining an organized and up-to-date inventory of parts is crucial to ensure that parts are readily available when needed. Parts counter personnel monitor stock levels, reorder parts as necessary, and manage returns or exchanges.</li>

Pay:
