Essential Functions

<li>5+ years of hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting HPP equipment in a production environment.</li>
<li>Strong mechanical aptitude across hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, pumps, and controls.</li>
<li>Ability to read schematics, interpret manuals, and use diagnostic tools.</li>
<li>Proven track record of improving uptime and reliability.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in food manufacturing or similarly regulated environments (GMP mindset).</li>
