Job Description\n
Join our dynamic Emergency Department as a Registered Nurse. You will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality patient care in a busy Level II trauma center. Your commitment to patient safety and experience in a high-volume ED will be key to promoting positive health outcomes for our diverse community.
Responsibilities\n

- Care for patients in a fast-paced emergency setting.
- Utilize advanced clinical skills to assess and address patient needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
- Participate in training and mentoring of new staff and team members.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance department standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n
- \n
- 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1-year in an Emergency Department.
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required prior to start.
- CPI certification required before hire; ENPC within 90 days of hire.
- Ability to work flexibly across various sections of the Emergency Department.
