Job Title: Project Manager - Commercial Glass & Glazing

Job Description

A leading commercial glass and glazing contractor is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join its growing team in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX. This full-time position in the commercial glass and glazing construction industry offers a competitive salary, benefits, and bonus potential. Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing commercial glass and glazing projects from preconstruction through project completion.
  • Coordinate project schedules, material procurement, fabrication, and field installation activities.
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and contract documents.
  • Prepare submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Communicate with general contractors, architects, vendors, and field personnel to ensure project success.
  • Track project budgets, costs, and schedule milestones.
  • Assist with project forecasting, billing, and closeout documentation.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support field operations and help resolve project-related issues.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related construction or engineering field.
  • OR 1–3 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, Coordinator, or Project Manager within commercial construction. If you are a tenured Commercial Glass Project Manager, pay will DOE.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial glass and glazing construction.
  • Understanding of storefront, curtain wall, entrances, interior glass systems, and architectural metals.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
