Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Summary
The Aerodynamics Engineer works closely with the Advanced Design &amp; Development group to support data reduction, analysis, and design activities for both existing and conceptual aircraft. Core responsibilities include preliminary configuration and layout studies, aircraft performance analysis, stability and control evaluations, flying qualities assessments, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), structural loads development, and weight estimation.
Aerodynamicists collaborate with the product development team throughout the entire design lifecycle of an aircraft or aircraft modification. Early in the program, the aerodynamicist guides the external geometry (lofts) and overall layout of the new configuration. They generate performance predictions and structural load estimates for airframe designers and analysts. 
During experimental flight testing, the aerodynamicist provides test planning, on-site support, data reduction, and interpretation of results and aircraft characteristics. At the conclusion of the program, they prepare certification documentation demonstrating compliance with applicable federal regulations.
Successful candidates are highly motivated, proactive, and eager to master new technical skills with minimal supervision. They must be capable of delivering high‑quality work at the appropriate level of detail while balancing schedule, technical, and program requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions

<li>Perform preliminary configuration and layout of a new aircraft.</li>
<li>Provide preliminary performance estimates. Provide design guidance for slow speed handling characteristics</li>
<li>Provide estimates for airplane performance such as cruise speed, stall speed, rate of climb, take-off and landing distances, etc. Estimate the effect of design changes on airplane performance.</li>
<li>Support developmental flight testing. Troubleshoot and implement solutions for aerodynamic short comings such as drag, cooling, stability and control, and slow speed handling.</li>
<li>Reduce flight test data to extract meaningful data and present it clearly. Determine what test points are required for the analysis.</li>
<li>Provide system instrumentation location and flow field measurement error estimates and necessary corrections.</li>
<li>Provide external flow analysis to assist in the aerodynamic design of new airplanes and modifications to existing airplanes.</li>
<li>Track and estimate weight and center of gravity for existing and conceptual airplanes. Use this knowledge of the distributed mass of the airplane to compute inertial loads on the airplane.</li>
<li>Provide structural loads in support of structural substantiation.</li>
<li>Write Part 23 compliance reports for the structural loads of the airplane.</li>

Position Summary
As the Environmental Services Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the maintenance and housekeeping department. You will comply with federal and state laws and regulations as well as Company’s policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Supervises maintenance and housekeeping team members in completing maintenance/housekeeping tasks at physical plant.</li>
<li>Ensures all maintenance and housekeeping team members follow all New Perspective policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Recruits, hires, train, disciplines, and terminates maintenance and housekeeping team members.</li>
<li>Oversees maintenance of community plumbing, electrical, HVAC, elevators and kitchen systems.</li>
<li>Manages capital expenditures and special projects.</li>
<li>Determines action to be taken for major repairs; undertakes identification and negotiation of rates to complete repair work from third-party vendors; makes recommendations regarding same.</li>
<li>Directs set-up and break down for community events.</li>
<li>Develops and responsible for managing the monthly/annual budget for the maintenance department.</li>
<li>Maintains maintenance logs, fire drill logs, water temperature logs, and records of disaster drills.</li>
<li>Responsible for overseeing the TELS preventative maintenance management process.</li>
<li>Responsible for overseeing 72-hour room turnover and readiness.</li>
<li>Conducts retention activities to ensure adequate levels of engaged team members.</li>
<li>Performs minor carpentry, flooring, painting, and maintenance functions, if needed.</li>
<li>Communicates and interacts with residents, families and team members in a kind, respectful and effective way.</li>
<li>Know your residents! Memorize social histories to engage with residents.</li>
<li>Champions hospitality and delivers excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, and vendors.</li>
<li>Attends and participates in team meetings including New Perspective Town Hall and departmental meetings.</li>
<li>Satisfies and monitors education needs through the Learning Management System and other resources.</li>
<li>Ensures that an attractive home environment exists at all times with a milieu that fosters engagement, socialization and purposeful living.</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Associate degree or equivalent training/certification with strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, elevators and kitchen systems.</li>
<li>Ability to manage other personnel in the performance of maintenance tasks</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize maintenance projects</li>
<li>Experience working with older adults in senior living, long-term care, home health or other health care setting. Has demonstrated ability or strong desire to engage with residents with dementia</li>
<li>Ability to work in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Empathy for the challenges experienced by residents, families and team members and the problem-solving skill sets to support them.</li>

Salary:
$52,000 - 60,000 Depending upon experience and qualifications.

As a Production Technician in Composites or Assembly, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are pivotal to building a plane or jet. As a technician you will be learning to use a variety of hand tools and use of pneumatic fixtures to assemble parts. The role requires flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn new skills as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions
<ul>
<li>Knowledge in one primary responsibility within assembly area. New hires would have responsibility to learn one disciplines/builds/skillsets initially within 3 months depending on assembly area starting within.</li>
<li>Develop skills in reading and understanding engineering drawing and specifications</li>
<li>Understand parts, parts fit, clearance, alignment, and functional performance complies with design requirements</li>
<li>Responsible for cleaning, set up and use of bonding, drilling, and holding fixtures</li>
<li>Installs rivets, screws and bolts, using appropriate tools</li>
<li>Routes wires, cables and tubing</li>
<li>Torques hardware and fitting using various tools and test equipment</li>
<li>Follows and properly documents aircraft build instructions</li>
<li>Wears personal protective equipment as required including respirator</li>
<li>Learns to mix and apply adhesives, resins, and sealants per instructions</li>
