Key Responsibilities

<li>Strong knowledge of non-ferrous metals recycling processes, equipment, and industry standards.</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot equipment or operational issues quickly.</li>
<li>Ability to operate forklifts, balers, and other processing equipment.</li>
<li>Familiarity with safety regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.).</li>
<li>Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory tracking.</li>
</ul>
 
Working Conditions
<ul>
<li>Work is performed in an industrial environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.</li>
<li>Requires standing, lifting, and operating machinery for extended periods.</li>
<li>Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.</li>
