WASTEWATER OPERATOR 1 The Town of Hartford, Vermont is seeking a candidate for the position of Wastewater Operator 1 to perform a variety of routine tasks and functions related to the operation and maintenance of the Town's wastewater treatment facilities, including plant, pumping stations, leach fields, and collection system. Minimum qualifications include Ability to achieve a Vermont Grade 1DM Wastewater Certification, within 2 years of hire; high school diploma, ability to achieve a Class B Commercial Driver License within one-year of hire, valid driver's license, ability to operate and repair equipment; and a team-player who is self-motivated. This is a full-time position where pay is commensurate with experience and qualifications, ranging from $23.20 to $29.29 per hour.
