VP; Investment Banker sought by BofA Securities, Inc. to support the origination & execution of investment banking transaction mandates for large-cap corporate & non-public clients across all Sftwr sub-verticals, incl. buy- & sellside M&A, cross-border transactions, & cap mrkts processes (debt & equity offerings). Conduct industry analysis to support clients' strategic positioning & evaluate strategic alternatives. Remote work may be permitted w/in a commutable distance from the worksite. Reqs: Master's or equiv. & 3 yrs exp. in: Global bank/bulge bracket investment banking transactions; Executing investment banking transactions & processes in a global firm environment, incl. both M&A & cap mrkts products.
