VP, Investment Banker sought by BofA Securities, Inc. to support the origination & execution of investment banking transaction mandates for large-cap corporate & middle market clients & financial sponsors incl. providing M&A advice & execution for large corporate clients & private equity firms. Prepare materials for clients & participate in client meetings during the course of investment banking deal origination & execution as well as conducting rigorous quantitative financial analysis & qualitative analysis, as well as workflows for clients. Remote work may be permitted w/in a commutable distance from the worksite.
