VP, Investment Banker sought by BofA Securities, Inc. to support the origination & execution of investment banking transaction mandates for large-cap & middle market corporate clients & financial sponsors such as: buy & sell-side M&A, inclusive of cross-border transactions, as well as cap mrkts processes, incl. debt & equity offerings. Perform execution & due diligence processes for investment banking transactions. Reqs: Bach. or equiv. & 5 yrs exp. in: Executing investment banking transactions & processes in a global bulge bracket firm environment, incl. both M&A & cap mrkts products on domestic & on cross-border basis; Preparing financial models & analysis, incl. detailed valuation analysis, such as: LBO analysis, discounted cash flow, accretion & dilution, pro forma analysis, comparative company analysis, & sum of parts analysis among others. Alternatively, emp will accept Master's & 3 yrs of exp. Up to 25% domestic & int'l travel, as necessary Salary:
