Positn reqs a Bach deg (US or For Equiv) in Bus Admin, Fin, Econ, or Aerospace / Aeronautics& 5 yrs of exp in Investmnt Bankg & Structured Fin &/or Transportatn Sectr OR Master's deg (US or For Equiv) in Bus Admin, Fin, Econ, or Aerospace / Aeronautics & 3 yrs of exp in Investmnt Bankg & Structured Fin &/or Transportatn Sector. Must have 5 yrs of exp (or 3 w/ Master's) w/: Expertise in Aviatn: Know of the aviatn industry & players, & expertise in aviatn fin structures or structurd fin in gen'l; Asset Fin Structuring: Ability to understnd, originate & structure differnt asset financg prodcts: Commercl loans, Insurance Guaranteed financgs, Warehouses debt, tax optimizd lease structurs, EETCs & Aircraft ABS; Crdit/Financl Anlysis: Exp draftg of greenlight memos & crdit apps to presnt & defend in credit committees; & Modelling skills: Bld financl & cash-flow modls in Excel & assess risk & future financl performnce thru stress testg at the corporate & asset levels. Must have 3 yrs of exp w/: Deal Structuring: Ability to lead asset securd debt & capitl mkts transactns frm originatn to structurg, syndicatn & executn of mandates; & Contract Negotiatn skills Negotiate legl & structural terms in asset financg term sheets & transactn legl docs & assist in deal executn. FINRA licenses: SIE, Series 79, & Series 63 (must have passed w/in 5 mos of hire). *10% Dom & Internatl travl reqd (US & Canada, S. America, Europe). *Telecommuting permitted 20%: wrk may be performed w/in normal commuting distance from the BNP Paribas office in NY, NY. Sal: $179,088 - $245,000/yr.
