Technical Program Mgr

IT: Two Sigma Investments, LP seeks Technical Program Mgr in NY, NY. Incls but not limited to own entire project lifecycle, incl planning, delivery, resource allocation, work breakdown structures & daily project mgmt tasks. Dvlp & implement program execution strategies to ensure scalability of platform eng'g sys's both on-cloud & on-prem to meet growing data needs of bus. Note: Co. "Hybrid" work attendance policy: In-office work attendance req'd at aforementioned office address for collab days based on each team's req'mt; telecommuting/working from home permissible for remainder of same month. Must have Master's or equiv in CS, Eng'g, Mgmt Info Sys's, or rel field + 3 yrs exp in technl program mgmt in fin'l srvcs or technology co. or rel exp; OR Bachelor's or equiv in CS, Eng'g, Mgmt Info Sys's, or rel field + 5 yrs exp in technl program mgmt in fin'l srvcs or technology co., or rel exp. Must have exp w/ independently managing projects using Agile softw dvlpmt methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), collab w/ multiple teams. Must have exp w/ applying prioritization & project mgmt skills, incl communication of timelines, status updates & addressing customer concerns. Must have exp w/ defining product lifecycle planning, req'mts gathering, design, dvlpmt, testing & deployment of cloud/platform infrastructure capabilities & ops. Must have exp using data to provide insights to execution mgmt decisions & eval adoption &/or migration of new features & capabilities. Must have exp working w/ lrg, cross-functional teams. Must have exp in platform infrastructure domains & cloud technologies. Must have exp in networking & compute infrastructure sys's design. Must have exp in dbase mgmt & time series storage solutions. Must have exp in softw dvlpmt lifecycle platform & workflows. Employer will accept any amount of grad coursework, grad research exp or exp w/ req'd skills. Rate of pay: $156,000-$250,000/yr (may also be elig for other forms of compensation & bnfts).
