Sr Associate

Law: Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, LLP seeks Sr Associate in NY, NY to represent asset managers, investment funds & their general partner sponsors on all aspects of fund formation & investment adviser matters. Req'mts: J.D. or foreign equiv. Exp in job offered or rel. occupation must incl at least 3 yrs of exp at an int'l law firm: working w/clients in formation of financing transaction & priv investment funds incl buyout funds, hedge funds, hybrid funds, credit funds, energy funds, infrastructure funds. Must be admitted to practice law in NYS. Telecommuting &/or work from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site.
