ADP will also accept a master's deg + 2 yrs of rel'd exp. 2 yrs of exp must incl: Product Design Cycle undrstndng & ovrsght; Prototyping capabilities for UI/UX visualztn; A/B Test mthdlgy for intrfce optmztn; Data Analysis for user intrctn metrics & prfrmnce evluatn; WCAG 2.1/2.2, incl how to implmnt in an app; Screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) & how they intrct w/ React apps; Atomic design prncpls & cmpnent compositn in Design Sys; React dvlpmnt & app lifcycls in Single-Page-Apps; & State Mngmnt via tech incl Redux. Annual base salary range for this position is $102,939 to $190,200.
