RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGER – Western Nassau and Queens

Fairfield Properties has a career opportunity for a Property Manager who is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who is experienced with Residential Property Management. Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties located in Queens and western Nassau County. The ideal candidate must have a strong working knowledge of New York State rent stabilization laws and ability to manage day-to-day rental operations efficiently.

Successful Candidates

A minimum requirement of 5 years’ experience working in multi-family rental property management in NYC and Long Island with a strong knowledge of all New York State and local housing regulations, including rent stabilization laws and housing compliance requirements. Excellent communication, follow-up, leadership, and supervisory skills are essential to this position. A Property Manager is required to oversee, coordinate, and supervise on-site staff and vendors on all upgrades to the apartments and buildings including ordering material as needed. Candidates must have the ability to interface existing tenants, clients, building staff and vendors. Knowledge of interior renovations and building maintenance is necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.

Excellent Benefits

Annual salary range 92,500K and up plus all expenses paid company car including lease payments, repairs and maintenance, and company gas card. Excellent benefits include premium medical and dental plans, Aflac supplemental insurance, group life insurance, long-term disability, and 401K with 25% company match to the maximum allowed by law.
