Prep, track, oversee & distribute to the appropriate parties (A/EoR, Subcontractors) all submittals & RFIs; submit & monitor all documentation & field reports relevant to GSG reqs for sustainability on assigned projects incl sustainable materials forms, waste mgmt, erosion & sediment control,

SMACNA IAQ, Quality; solicit, review, & submit all relevant close-out documentation to ensure smooth project turnover & timely completion; prep subcontractor's contracts & track subcontractor approval process w/ appropriate agencies. Reduce risk to ensure compliance w/ construction rules & regulations. Reqs master's deg in Civil Engg, Construction Engg, or Construction Engg & Mgmt + 2 yrs' exp in job or 2 yrs as Assistant Project Mgr assisting w/ the day-to-day activities ensuring proper documentation of project rel paperwork, assisting in formulating & implementing procedures & assisting in preparing job budget to complete project w/in the budget. Prep reports & logs & complete change orders. All candidates must have skills & knowledge in Procore, Kahua, Primavera, Auto-CAD, Solidworks, Bluebeam.
