Bach's deg in Info Tech, Bus Admin, Comp Sci, Mgmt, Comp Engg or rel'd field + 5 yrs of rel'd exp req. ADP will also accept a master's deg + 2 yrs of rel'd exp. 2 yrs of exp must incl: Agile & Scrm method for prod dvlpmnt & backlog mgmt; JIRA & Confluence; Define & prioritize prod rqmnts using user stories & acceptance crit; Cndct mkt rsrch & competitive anlys to inform prod decisions; Cross-funcal collab w/engg, dsgn, mktg & sales teams; Splunk; Google Analytics; Pendo; Dvlp & track key prod KPIs incl user engmt, retention, rev impact; User rsrch meths incl surveys, intrvws & usability tstng; Wrkg w/APIs & tech doc to dfne prod integs; Lead prod launches w/go-to-mkt strategy, training & stakeholder alignment; AI/ML fundamental concepts (such as training, feedback, eval); SQL; Data explor tools; API contract doc; & ML Ops pltfrms such as DataBricks.
