Principal (New York, NY): Execute retained executive search mandates focused on senior leadership hiring within the Infrastructure and Value Creation sectors of private markets investing. Work with executive search, talent advisory, and recruitment consulting for clients in the financial services and private markets sectors; conducting senior-level searches for roles in investment leadership; retained search mandates for private equity, infrastructure, and asset-management clients; investment and operating models within alternative investment firms; investment and value-creation talent markets across North America and Europe; managing full-cycle retained search assignments, including mandate scoping, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation; delivering research, market mapping, and competitive intelligence to support investment leadership hiring; preparing written reports and presentations summarizing talent insights, leadership structures, and organizational recommendations; cultivating and managing client relationships within the alternative investment management sector; advising clients on leadership selection, succession planning, and organizational design within the alternative investment management sector; and, contributing to revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing relationships. $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year.
