MECHANICAL ENGINEER Energy services co. seeks a Mechanical Engineer to Perform retro-commissioning services in compliance with NYC Local Laws, incl. Local Laws 87 &amp; 97, related to energy efficiency /sustainability reviews. Design &amp; maintain mechanical systems and building energy models via engineering analysis, Bluerithm, eQUEST &amp; CAD tools. Develop mechanical testing procedures &amp; review MEP systems for building systems. Conduct site inspections and tests of equipment &amp; troubleshoot system failures. Prepare technical reports &amp; documentation to track energy performance &amp; ensure compliance with energy codes &amp; support sustainability metrics. CEM and CBCP certifications are required.
