Investment Assistant Vice President & Junior ESG Officer - Darien, CT.

Identify and source real estate investment opportunities through market research, networking, and data analysis; Evaluate feasibility, risk, and strategic fit of investments; prepare summaries for the investment committee; Assist with execution of comprehensive ESG strategies aligned with investment objectives; Monitor and report on the progress and impact of ESG initiatives; and Contribute to implementation of ESG projects, ensuring objectives are met and reporting on outcomes.
