e Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and carriers

e Offer coverage guidance, conduct policy reviews, and manage renewals

e Handle endorsements, certificates, and daily service tasks

• Manage accounts with a focus on exceptional service

e Assist clients with coverage questions, policy changes, and renewals
e Provide thoughtful guidance to help clients protect what matters most
e Work closely with carriers to deliver timely, accurate solutions

e Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment

e 3+ years of account management experience
e Strong communication and problem-solving skills
e A passion for helping clients and building long-term relationships
e Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
