Southeastern Louisiana University's Department of English invites applications for the position of Instructor. Duties include teaching courses in composition, introductory literature, and other courses as assigned; plus professional development and service activities for the department and university. Duties may include teaching composition in a remote-learning dual enrollment program with high schools, involving occasional travel to schools.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in English; or in a related field with at least 18 graduate hours in English
Experience in teaching writing at the college/university level
Valid Louisiana Driver's License and the ability to successfully complete the Southeastern Driver Safety Course
