ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Merle Norman is looking for passionate, proactive beauty enthusiast to become the next member of the Merle Norman Studio’s team. Must enjoy customer service and empowering people through the transformative power of makeup!
The Beauty Consultant’s primary responsibilities are customer service and sales, achieved through exceptional communication skills and service abilities. Previous customer service and/or retail experience is preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide an excellent shipping experience for customers.
- Determine customer needs and assist in finding appropriate Merle Norman products Achieve personal retail sales objectives.
- Provide luxury service to all clients.
- Attract new Merle Norman customers and retain through exceptional service & follow-up. Express a passion for beauty and cosmetics.
- Inspire clients with expertise on beauty trends, product, and personalized service.
EXPERIENCE
- Must be 18 years or order.
- Customer service or retail cosmetic/fragrance sales experience preferred, but not required. Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Be reliable, dependable and punctual.
- Ability to assist with cleaning, re-stocking and moving boxes (up to 20 lbs.) at Studio as part of the team.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, possibly including nights, weekends and/or holidays.
