We’re looking for someone who is passionate and eager to share their positive energy, as we continue shaping a brighter future for kids.

In this role, you’ll be coaching from Monday through Saturday, with hours that may vary based on program needs. We value a positive attitude and are committed to training the right person to succeed. As part of our team, you’ll be instrumental in building confidence and self-assurance in our students, imparting skills that go beyond the gym. Compensation:

$14+ hourly DOE

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with fellow coaches to foster a unified team environment
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion while coaching gymnastics
• Ensure punctuality and attendance at all scheduled practices to maximize productivity
• Maintain effective communication with gymnasts and their parents
• Track skills learned based on our curriculum and promote athletes when they are ready to move to the next level

Qualifications:

• Positive energy and loves to work with children
• Must be patient and take the time to learn how to best teach your students
• Previous experience with coaching is a plus, but not required if you are willing to jump in and learn
• Capable of spotting low-level skills from preschool age through teens
