What You’ll Do
- Drive leasing activity across a portfolio of residential properties
- Convert leads into signed leases through strong sales execution
- Conduct property tours and build urgency with prospects
- Follow up consistently and close deals
- Track performance and hit leasing targets

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
- Ability to travel between properties in Madison
- Strong sales mindset and work ethic
- Weekend availability during peak leasing season
Compensation
- Base pay + high commission structure
- Top performers significantly outperform standard market earnings
