BMOC, Inc. is hiring high-energy, driven sales professionals to join our leasing team in Madison.

This is not a typical leasing role. This is a performance-driven sales position where top performers are rewarded with uncapped earning potential and real growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive leasing activity across a portfolio of residential properties
  • Convert leads into signed leases through strong sales execution
  • Conduct property tours and build urgency with prospects
  • Follow up consistently and close deals
  • Track performance and hit leasing targets

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
  • Ability to travel between properties in Madison
  • Strong sales mindset and work ethic
  • Weekend availability during peak leasing season

Compensation

  • Base pay + high commission structure
  • Top performers significantly outperform standard market earnings
