Job DescriptionRole Overview: The Facility Management Lead oversees facility operations, maintenance, repair, and asset management, ensuring operational readiness across multiple sites, with a focus on infrastructure efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead maintenance and repair coordination, preparing reports on project status, costs, logistics, and completion metrics.
- Support facility operations planning, including trending and analysis for budget allocation and execution strategies.
- Manage facility data, ensuring accurate documentation of deficiencies, contracts, and systems in asset management platforms.
- Oversee asset management, tracking inventory, updating records, and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
- Conduct quality assurance audits and develop repair solutions, coordinating with operational teams and external partners.
- Ensure permits, warranties, and equipment documentation are maintained, supporting facility readiness and compliance.
- Monitor environmental and maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in engineering, facility management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility operations, maintenance, or infrastructure management.
- Proven expertise in facility management, achieving 98% uptime in large-scale infrastructure projects.
- OSHA 10-hour training preferred; familiarity with safety and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in asset management systems and quality assurance processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
