We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst III to join our team. You will provide technical support and assistance to customers, ensuring their software, hardware, and computer systems function effectively. This position is ideal for someone who excels in troubleshooting, customer communication, and has a strong technical background.


Responsibilities:

• Train team members on diagnosing and resolving technical issues effectively.

• Develop, revise, and maintain training manuals for hardware and software updates.

• Create and update knowledge articles to assist with common technical challenges.

• Identify and resolve system malfunctions and other technical problems.

• Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction.

• Install or update software to address functionality issues.

• Utilize remote access tools to modify and repair client hardware or software.

• Conduct diagnostic tests to pinpoint technical concerns and provide solutions.

• Collaborate with customers to deliver clear guidance and support

• Proficiency in Microsoft systems and applications.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and its functionalities.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Comprehensive knowledge of PC hardware and software.
• Experience in network analysis and repairs.
• Excellent communication skills to guide customers through solutions.
• Ability to write and edit manuals and knowledge articles.
• Formal education or training in computer repairs and troubleshooting.
