Property Manager – Commercial Real Estate | Greater Boston Area

This firm develops and owns a diverse mix of retail and mixed-use commercial properties across the Northeast and Southeast — and they’re now bringing property management back in-house to elevate service, operations, and asset performance.
The Opportunity:
You’ll oversee a portfolio of 20 commercial properties across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. This is a newly created role with direct exposure to the asset management team and strong potential for long-term growth as more properties transition to internal management.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day operations, maintenance, and vendor relationships across a multi-property portfolio
- Oversee budgets, financial statements, operating expenses, and CAPEX projects
- Review and interpret commercial lease terms and tenant obligations
- Collaborate closely with ownership and asset management to enhance property value
- Deliver exceptional tenant service and respond to property-related issues as they arise
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of commercial property management experience (retail preferred)
- Working knowledge of leases, financials, and property-level budgets
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Experience with Yardi, ShareFile, and Excel
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
