We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Intern to provide direct support to our Maintenance Supervisor. This is a paid, full-time internship ideal for students interested in business operations, hospitality leadership, or restaurant management. You'll gain firsthand experience in the day-to-day and strategic functions that drive a successful multi-location food brand.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with routine maintenance and repairs across multiple residential or commercial properties
- Complete basic carpentry, drywall, painting, and patchwork tasks as needed
- Support minor plumbing and electrical repairs (e.g., leaky faucets, light fixture replacements)
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct unit turnovers including painting, minor repairs, and fixture replacements
- Perform regular inspections of units, common areas, and building systems for upkeep
- Assist with seasonal maintenance tasks (e.g., snow removal, gutter cleaning, HVAC filter changes)
- Help prepare vacant units for new tenants under the direction of the maintenance supervisor
- Keep maintenance logs and report issues needing advanced repairs or contractor work
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance rooms, tools, and supplies
- Follow property management safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes
- Communicate effectively with tenants, property managers, and other maintenance staff
Qualifications:
- Current student pursuing a degree in a Vocation, Hospitality or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Self-starter with a team-first attitude and willingness to learn
