INDUSTRIAL Maintenance Technician
Aurora, CO (On-Site)
$35.50/hour | Contract-to-Hire
Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain automated and industrial equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, and related systems
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC, electrical, millwright, military, or related field OR
- 2+ years of maintenance technician experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights or extended hours if needed

Schedule
- Training: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- After Training: 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts, days or nights)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.50 - $35.50/hr.
