What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire a team of teachers and administrative staff
• Drive enrollment growth through outstanding tours and family engagement
• Build a positive, accountable workplace culture
• Ensure compliance with all state licensing requirements
• Support curriculum implementation and classroom quality
• Foster strong relationships with families and the community
• Manage daily operations while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism

What We're Looking For

• Current Texas Child Care Director's License (required)
• Minimum 3 Years of Leadership experience in a licensed childcare center
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrated success with enrollment growth and family retention
• Ability to coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable
• Knowledge of Texas licensing standards and quality initiatives
• A positive, solution-oriented leadership style
