The Residential Treatment Aide serves as a positive role model, provides guidance and encouragement to residents, and helps maintain a safe, recovery-focused home environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise residents and ensure adherence to program rules, routines, and schedules.
- Provide emotional support, mentorship, and encouragement to individuals in recovery.
- Conduct routine safety checks and help maintain a clean, organized living environment.
- Accurately document daily activities, observations, and incidents.
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents and staff members.
Qualifications

- Experience in recovery or human services preferred(training provided).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable, professional, and compassionate demeanor.
- Valid drivers license and clean background check preferred
