ENTERPRISE APPLICATION MANAGER


My name is Bill Stevens, and I have a new full time Enterprise Applications Manager opportunity available for a major firm located in Hackensack, New Jersey that could be of interest to you, please review my specification below. The work schedule will be onsite four days a week and one day remote.


The ideal candidate should also possess a green card or be of citizenship. No Visa entanglements and no H1-B holding company submittals.


Summary:

The firm is seeking an experienced Enterprise Application Manager to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of their enterprise software systems which are waste or environmental specific software, Fleet Maintenance, Marketing, Finance, and other off-the-shelf IT solutions. The technologies that are used are Microsoft and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have strong vendor management skills, and a willingness to explore emerging technologies such as AI, low-code platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.), and automation tools. The ideal candidate will not be coding but will manage the relationship between the vendors and the firm’s business units.

This will be a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic oversight and technical execution to ensure our enterprise applications align with business objectives while driving efficiency and innovation.


Requirements and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.

4+ years of relevant work experience in Information Technology or similar area of study.

5+ years of experience with enterprise application implementations and maintenance with a minimum of two implementations.

3+ years of management experience managing a team of employees and consultants on implementation and support of enterprise application teams

Must possess a wide range of knowledge to support various corporate business functions

Proven Vendor Management and contract negotiation skills

Ability to handle change, multitask and keep up with a fast pace and consistently growing environment.

Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.

Should have requirement gathering and documentation experience

Should be able to work closely with the business stakeholders and work towards the solutioning of the requirements

Effective written and verbal communication

Familiarity with project management software such as Jira, MS Project is essential.

Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate risk and status effectively.


This position will be paying a competitive fulltime salary in the range of $110,000 - $150,000 plus a comprehensive benefits and bonus package.
