Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram of Clarksville is hiring salespeople. No experience necessary! We will train. $100,000+ per year based on experience and performance with advancement opportunities!
Job Description:
- Understands automobiles by studying features, capabilities, warranties, services, current offers, and specials
- Work with Product Specialists to receive leads
- Following up on all leads from a variety of sources
- Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with customers; suggesting trade-ins; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions
- Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport
- Updates job knowledge by participating in continuing education opportunities and training
- Maintaines a strong base knowledge of all vehicle’s makes and models
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday
- Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing
- Strong customer service, communication skills, computer and basic math skills
- Drivers license and clean driving record
- Bi Lingual preferred and not necessary
