Now Hiring – Framer (Carpentry / Construction)
Location: Manteca, CA
Pay: $20.00–$25.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overtime Available
Balance Staffing is hiring experienced Framers for a construction manufacturing facility. This is a full-time opportunity for candidates with framing, carpentry, or construction experience who are looking to join a production team.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and assemble wall, floor, and roof framing.
- Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and construction specifications.
- Measure, cut, and assemble framing materials accurately.
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure structures are level, square, and built to specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of framing, carpentry, or construction experience required.
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow blueprints.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Steel-toed boots are required on your first day.
Schedule & Overtime
- Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
- Overtime may be required based on production needs.
- This position follows an Alternative Work Schedule (AWS). Overtime is paid for hours worked over 10 in a day or over 40 in a workweek, subject to applicable law and the established work schedule.
