The manager is the key player in keeping our venue running smoothly. As a leader of the staff, you will motivate, coach, and train our Game Masters to deliver outstanding customer service. The manager will oversee operations such as ensuring optimal game performance, inventory/prop management, and customer facing solutions. We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and people-oriented individual to join our team for the following:
- Perform activities that facilitate the customer service experience (meeting and greeting customers; processing payment transactions; ensuring seamless customer experience from start to finish).
- Game Operations: Oversees time management of games and adequate staffing coverage; continuously optimizes efficiency and performance
- Manages reservation and booking processes for customers
- Oversees inventory replenishment and/ or repair of game props and office supplies
- Scheduling of entire staff including managing absences and vacation changes. Optimize staffing resources to maintain high level of customer service
- Troubleshoots and resolves customer issues.
- Assess and execute performance evaluations of staff
- Oversees training and coaching of Game Masters and Assistant Managers.
- Must be able to perform any functions needed by franchise.
