Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of residential service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- EPA certification/trade license (if applicable)
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and service residential systems
- Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding repairs and recommendations
- Complete service calls accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a professional appearance and work ethic
- Follow all safety and company procedures
