Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Data Engineer/Data Analyst located in downtown Los Angeles. The role requires the candidate to work onsite four days a week (mandatory). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving data-driven transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced data mining and analysis to uncover insights and support decision-making.
- Lead process transformation initiatives using data-driven approaches.
- Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data mining, process transformation, and data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with the ability to lead projects independently.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
- Must Have & Desired Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and Python is required, along with solid experience in at least one scripting language.
