Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and waste across manufacturing operations.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement through engagement, training, and communication.
- Manage and facilitate continuous improvement projects from initiation to successful completion.
- Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles.
- Track, measure, and report on the financial and operational impact of improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize best practices and improve process performance.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies (e.g., Black Belt certification).
- Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change and achieve measurable operational improvements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and training skills to engage and empower teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- Certification in Theory of Constraints (TOC) or Shainin methodology
- Demonstrated experience integrating Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI) into CI initiatives
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for performance tracking and reporting
