Associate Attorney – Family Law | San Antonio, TX
- Sralla Family Law, PLLC is hiring an full-time Associate Attorney ready to step into meaningful family law work without the chaos of a grind-driven firm. Associates manage a balanced caseload (~40 matters) with firm systems, staff support, and direct attorney mentorship—no sink-or-swim culture. The role includes drafting, hearings, mediations, and client strategy, with a reasonable 30 billable hours per week and an emphasis on sustainability and quality work. Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience and skill level plus health insurance and 401(k). Texas license required; family law experience preferred.
