HES has partnered with Huemen to find a talented Licensed Journeyman HVAC Technician for the Flint, Michigan area. This is a full-time position, first shift.

Job Skills / Requirements
- Proficient in chiller operation and repair, ability to trouble shoot electrical and mechanical systems.
- Proficient steam boiler and pressure vessel operator
- Perform major and routine maintenance, service, repair and installations on all heating and ventilating equipment and controls as assigned.
- Perform all scheduled preventative maintenance on all heating and ventilating equipment and controls systems as assigned.
- Operate and perform all diagnostic system checks on all heating and ventilating equipment and controls as assigned.
- Specific competencies shall include, but not be limited to the following: Principles of boiler design• General operation practices• Effects of water treatment• Inspection requirements• Emergency shutdown procedures
- 3-5 years of commercial HVAC experience a plus
Education Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Certification Requirements
HVAC
Valid Driver's license
