Are you a seasoned and safety-focused professional who loves working outdoors? We're looking for an experienced High-Rise Window Cleaner to join our team. If you're comfortable with heights and committed to delivering spotless results, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Access: Seamlessly work with building engineers and security teams to gain daily access to work areas.
- Safety First: Expertly tie-off and anchor ropes on rooftops using approved systems, prioritizing safety above all else.
- High-Rise Cleaning: Confidently perform descents from buildings up to 300 feet using a bosun’s chair, 7/16” ropes, and a full-body harness.
- Window Perfection: Clean exterior windows, sills, and frames to the highest standards using professional tools (soap, brush, squeegee).
- Equipment Management: Efficiently carry and maneuver equipment like ropes, bosun’s chairs, and 5-gallon buckets up and down 1–3 stories of ladders or stairs.
- All-Weather Work: Thrive in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
- Clear Communication: Maintain effective communication with team members and building staff.
Requirements:
- Comfortable and experienced working at heights up to 300 feet.
- Physically fit to handle ropes (35–65 lbs), ladders, and buckets.
- Prior experience in high-rise or rope descent systems is preferred.
- A strong focus on safety, responsibility, and teamwork.
