Part Time Recruitment Specialist and Home Study Writer Needed in Rhode Island!
Schedule: Part Time Evenings and Weekends based on events scheduled
The Recruitment and Licensing Specialist works interchangeably between three different programs: Family Preservation Program (FPP), Treatment Foster Care (TFC), and the Parent and Family Empowerment Program (PFEP). This role performs a wide range of activities to actively recruit foster families for Groden Center Treatment Foster Care Program. This position also assists in creation of marketing/advertising materials and in the management of event activities for Groden Center Treatment Foster Care Program.

Education, Experience and Special Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or MA, in Communications, Marketing, Social Work or another related field a plus
- Foster care experience preferred
- Previous experience in an intensive recruitment position, foster care agency, or other related work
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Certification or willingness to be certified as a Structured Analysis Family Evaluator (home study writer)
- Certification in TIPS-MAPP leader training or willingness to become certified to train foster parents (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of DCYF regulations for foster parenting
- Experience with Canva and/or other design software preferred
