Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Desktop/End User Compute Specialist to join their team and immediately contribute to desktop support operations, device management, and process improvement initiatives. This role requires a self-starter with deep experience in Microsoft technologies and a proactive approach to solving end user issues.
End User Support & Ticketing:
- Provide hands-on support for desktop and laptop issues
- Troubleshoot hardware/software problems and resolve user tickets efficiently
- Document resolutions and escalate complex issues as needed
- Microsoft Ecosystem:
- Azure Entra ID: Create and manage user accounts, support identity lifecycle
- Intune & Autopilot: Configure, image, and deploy devices; ensure network join and compliance
- PowerShell Scripting: Automate tasks such as application removal and system cleanup
Device Management:
- Image laptops using Autotune and Intune
- Ensure devices are properly configured and secured
- Project Work:
- Support ad-hoc IT projects as assigned
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve EUC processes and workflows

- 5+ years of experience in End User Compute or Desktop Support roles
- Strong PowerShell scripting capabilities
- Expertise in Azure Entra ID, Intune, and Autopilot
- Experience with NinjaOne RMM platform
- Proven ability to manage tickets and support users in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
