Overview
CEI is seeking a hands-on Systems Administrator who takes ownership, learns continuously, and thrives in solving complex technical problems. Key Responsibilities

Administer and support Active Directory, Windows Servers, Exchange, and Microsoft 365

Install, configure, patch, and maintain servers and core infrastructure

Troubleshoot complex system and network issues and drive issues to full resolution

Design and optimize infrastructure with security, scalability, and reliability in mind

Implement security best practices and support audits and remediation efforts

Build scripts and automation (PowerShell) to improve efficiency

Serve as an escalation point and mentor junior administrators

Support backups, disaster recovery activities, documentation, and daily IT operations
Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, TCP/IP, and Windows Server

Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills

Experience with server patching, maintenance, and infrastructure support

Working knowledge of Exchange and Microsoft 365

Basic networking experience

Ability to research solutions quickly using search engines and AI tools

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ownership mindset
Nice to Have

Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity experience

PowerShell scripting and infrastructure automation

Change management or project leadership experience
Work Environment

Full-time, on-site role
