Mint Workforce is hiring an Occupational Health Registered Nurse for a contract assignment with potential for extension, supporting a health center at a major pharmaceutical employer in Frederick, MD.
Position Details
- Contract: October 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026, with potential for extension
- Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive occupational health services to employees at an onsite health center
- Perform strong clinical assessments and phlebotomy
- Support strategies to promote and maintain a healthy, safe, and productive workplace, including hazard identification and mitigation, health screenings and education, fitness for duty, and return-to-work exams
- Work independently in a fast-paced clinical setting
What You'll Bring
- Active RN license in good standing
- Occupational health RN experience required; candidates with strong ER, urgent care, or ambulatory care backgrounds encouraged to apply
- Certification in Occupational Health (COHN/COHN-S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred, and may be required for some sites
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (AHA, ARC, or equivalent)
- At least 3 years of RN experience in occupational health, emergency, or ambulatory care settings
