Litigation Legal Assistant

Location: Seattle, WA

Are you a skilled litigation legal assistant looking to join a respected civil litigation firm with a fast-paced, team-oriented environment?

A well-established Seattle law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to support a busy team handling a wide range of civil litigation matters, including professional liability defense, business and commercial litigation, professional negligence, personal injury, coverage, and premises liability.

What You'll Do

  • Provide comprehensive support for attorneys in all phases of litigation.
  • Manage case files, calendars, and deadlines across State and Federal courts.
  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Coordinate discovery, including document production and deposition scheduling.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive internal matters.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of litigation legal assistant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of State and Federal court procedures and filing systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities.
  • Professional judgment and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
