I am currently working with a prominent Regional Law Firm with a national, who is actively seeking a T+E Attorney, as they look to continue their strong growth pattern. Here are the headlines:

• Trust & Estate Administration: Handle probate proceedings, estate administration, and fiduciary litigation, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
• Litigation Support: Assist in estate and trust disputes, including contested wills, fiduciary duty claims, and tax controversy
• Client Representation: Provide tailored legal solutions to individuals, families, and business owners, working closely with financial advisors and tax professionals.
